Fitting a contact on a business card
Every extra field adds modules, and a denser code needs more printed room to stay readable. For a standard card, a name, one phone number, one email and a website are usually plenty. If the code looks crowded in the preview, drop the job title or the company first. Keep the printed code at about 2.5 cm or larger and test it from a normal reading distance before the card goes to print.

Why does the code get busier as I add fields?
Each character needs space in the pattern. More details means more modules, so each one prints smaller on a fixed-size card.
Can I update the card after printing?
Not with a vCard code. The details are fixed inside the pattern. To stay editable, point a dynamic code at a contact page you can change.
What does the scan do on a phone?
Most current phones show your name with an option to add it to Contacts. The exact wording depends on the phone and camera app.
