Full refund within 14 days
Ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
What a refund does to your codes
A refund undoes the purchase. When we refund you:
- Your subscription is cancelled right away.
- Your dynamic codes are paused, which means held. A scan shows a paused page instead of your destination.
- You cannot resume held codes yourself.
If you subscribe again, your held codes come back. A code whose destination has passed our safety check goes live right away; one still waiting for the check goes live once it passes. Codes disabled for abuse stay disabled.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time. Your codes keep redirecting to their last saved destination. See the Continuity policy.
